A new bicycle parking lot for approximately 2,600 bicycles in front of Oshiage (Skytree) Station. A rainwater circulation roof using three elements: a wood deck, water retention stones, and plants is adopted. The amount of rainfall, rainwater use, and evapotranspiration were simulated, and the distribution of the three elements was determined so that the amount of rainwater collected and the amount of rainwater reused would be the same.
