Renovation of an inn established in 1911 and closed in 1995. Some of the floors and ceilings were removed to reveal old girders, and the floors were replaced with acrylic panels. A screen installed on the second floor serves as a partition and also as a lantern to illuminate the interior and exterior, adding expression to the streetscape.
