One of the kindergarten and nursery school reconstruction projects supported by the Japan Committee for UNICEF. Reconstruction of a kindergarten in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. In preparation for flooding, the floor level of the first floor was set at GL+500mm. A ramp and stairs were installed to eliminate the difference in levels and create a change in access to the school building.
