Recreation center and residence for a company engaged in diving operations in Etajima, Hiroshima Prefecture. The structure is made of concrete blocks collected from the concrete factory in Etajima, which reuses the concrete left over from the construction of tetrapods and other structures. The blocks are produced according to the operating conditions of the concrete plant, so the construction period took 16 months.
