Outline
A tenement-style cooperative house in Suginami-ku, Tokyo, consisting of five units, one basement floor and two stories above ground, constructed of reinforced concrete. The building consists of five units with one basement floor and two stories above ground. The units are arranged in a spiral around a facility core located in the center of the building. By reducing the structural burden of the exterior walls, random and large openings in the exterior walls are possible. The height of the FL and the openings are different in each dwelling, and the joints also appear in a spiral shape.
