Outline
This is an apartment house consisting of 12 units in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo. A diagonal wall runs through the center of each room, creating large random openings in spite of the wall structure. The walls are used to create the first floor with a loft and the second and third floors in the form of a cross maisonette. The exterior walls are made of reinforced concrete with a water-repellent finish. The building is insulated with external wet insulation.
