This is a renovation project of a public housing complex constructed in the 1960s by two companies that were selected from among private companies that publicly solicited proposals for a package of projects from design to marketing. Four of the 14 buildings will be demolished, and 100 vacant units out of the total 400 units will be renovated in stages, while existing residents will be relocated to other buildings.
