Renovation of the Takenaka Technical Research Institute in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture, to achieve a self-sustaining zero energy system. The project included the installation of photovoltaic panels, renovation of the research building to allow for natural ventilation, and the installation of outdoor offices. In addition, a new "Smart Life Office" was installed with circadian lighting and air conditioning that takes into account the psychological and physiological effects of the office workers.
