A meeting place built on private land adjacent to a temple that served as a base for residents after the earthquake. The walls are constructed by piling up precut wooden parts and fixing them with bolts. Each part is inscribed with a message from the residents, and serves as a time capsule until the community is reconstructed in the future and the building is dismantled. A building permit has been applied for as a permanent building.
