TAKEHIKO NEZ ARCHITECTS
Outline
Extension of a beauty salon along the main road. A jewelry store built during the bubble era was renovated into a beauty salon in 2003 as Roco Architects. This time, an extension was added to the east side of the building. In order to soften the symmetrical appearance of the existing building on the platform, the extension, which is made of light and transparent materials such as polycarbonate folded plates, is placed parallel to the front of the building.
