A rental apartment building located in a semi-industrial area in Minato Ward, Tokyo. The five-story reinforced concrete building contains 13 units. Furniture is placed in the common areas, which are connected in layers from the ground to the roof, and are used as an extension of the living rooms. The furniture is designed by Inouye Industries, and it is a place that brings in light and wind throughout the day and creates a sense of space.
