Outline
This four-story reinforced concrete apartment building in Tokyo houses 14 rental units. A lighted garden serves as a buffer space to adjust the distance between the units. It is also a buffer space that adjusts the distance between the units, and provides lighting and ventilation. The exterior corridor of the light garden is taller than usual, and materials used for the exterior corridor and exterior are selected to create a space that draws urban elements into the interior.
