Outline
A 313-bed general hospital operated by the Minami Medical Cooperative Association, newly relocated in front of the new JR station. A traffic line connecting the station and the residential area on the north side of the building is incorporated into the center of the building, which serves as an entrance hall open to the city with a variety of functions. During the four years leading up to the completion of the building, many of the wishes of the users expressed in the 45 meetings with the union members (a total of 5,380 people participated) were incorporated into the design.
