Renovation of an agricultural high school building in Iga City, Mie Prefecture. The three-story, 47-year-old reinforced concrete school building was reduced to three levels, and a new pitched roof was installed with a solar heat collection ventilation system and tempered glass for heat collection. The building was renovated in three areas: structure, performance, and finishes and equipment.
