This is a four-story reinforced concrete housing complex consisting of nine units. A variety of environmental technologies are incorporated, such as wooden insulated sashes, a solar water heating system, and an under-floor chamber air conditioning system. The shaped gable roof was determined based on the north diagonal and the south slope angle of the maximum solar acceptance rate.
