A 176-unit condominium in the center of Singapore. The site is designated as a special landscape area, and the height of the building is limited to five stories. 176 units are placed on a 23,000 m2 site, while retaining the existing trees. The angles and distances between the units are adjusted to create diversity through a plan that resembles a tree branching out. Reinforced concrete construction, one basement floor and five stories above ground.
