This 18-story complex was built in conjunction with the development of the Hsinchu Station of Taiwan High Speed Rail. The low-rise section houses commercial facilities, while the middle and upper sections house offices and SOHO. In order to avoid disasters caused by strong seasonal winds, the building is designed to be surrounded by a courtyard with voids for ventilation.
