IIDA ARCHISHIP STUDIO
Outline
The Dai-ichi Seimei Building was reconstructed as a complex of offices, shops and rental apartments. Two offices, two shops, and seven rental units with SOHO are embedded in the deformed volume, which has two sides cut off by the north diagonal and sun-shading regulations. Space is secured by consolidating facilities and traffic lines, and by making each unit a maisonette or triplet.
