This is a three-story above ground and one-story below ground rental apartment building planned near a wharf in the Port of Tokyo. The volume of the building differs greatly from that of the 10-story "Minami-Shinagawa Housing Complex A," which is to be built across the street, due to the difference in road access and zoning. The exterior walls are set back in the form of a dais, and the elevations are extended alternately toward the upper floors to shorten the distance from the upper floors.
