Renovation of a 39-year-old office building. Utilizing the existing structure and framework, a network infrastructure, ubiquitous technology developed in-house, and content technology were used to create an office environment. A network infrastructure, LED lighting throughout the building, and a security system are installed in the "SmartInfill" space configuration system. A wooden deck is laid at the entrance, and a balcony is provided on the second floor.
