KUME SEKKEI
Outline
It is a core facility of the Japanese Red Cross Society Hiroo District Reconstruction and Improvement Project, which aims to coordinate various services such as medical care, welfare, and nursing education. Emphasis is placed on providing tertiary emergency medical care, enhancing the maternal and child care center, and providing medical relief services in the event of a disaster. For example, seismic isolation and energy multiplexing are adopted. Another feature of the building is the shortening of nursing flow lines by combining two triangles, and the control of flow lines to suit various urban situations, such as dedicated flow lines to the Maternal and Child Health Center, dedicated flow lines for emergency medical services, and flow lines at night.
