Outline
The student center, rebuilt as part of the 60th anniversary project, houses a cafeteria on the first floor, a convenience store and a bookshop on the second floor. A series of four gabled roofs with east-facing top lights, brick block openwork exterior walls, a deck, and exterior stairs are intended to connect the building to the outside world. The chairs, tables, and other furniture in the cafeteria were designed by Akira Yoneda.
