This is a free passageway that connects Ryuo Station in the center of Kai City, Yamanashi Prefecture, with the north-south station square and the north-south town. Kai City is located in the northwestern part of the Kofu Basin and surrounded by mountains such as Mount Fuji, Mount Yatsugatake, Mount Kai Komagatake and the Southern Alps.
