Hoto Fudo, a restaurant built at the foot of Mt. "Fuji. The design concept is to create an architecture that looks like a cloud landing on Mt. The building is a reinforced concrete sandwich shell structure with a cubic curvature and external insulation using urethane foam (t=60mm). The exterior walls are painted with urethane. The interior walls are finished with diatomaceous earth over mortar. Openings are made in four directions to let in natural light effectively, and no downlights are used inside.
