Outline
A cooperative house with 13 units. There is a public bicycle parking lot to the north, and due to legal restrictions, no building over three stories high can be built to the south, so the house is built on a site with excellent environmental conditions, with open views to the north and south. "All units face south, and as many units as possible face north. The reinforced concrete thin-walled Ramen structure has no beams and thin slabs.
