A facility that focuses on the study of news content and public policy. It is located in the center of the University of Pennsylvania campus. The building is surrounded by old brick buildings with pitched roofs and limestone exterior walls, all from different eras. The building is double-skinned with glass curtain walls and wood inner sashes. Wooden (maple) panel doors are irregularly arranged. Some of them are movable to adjust the interior environment.
