The building is located on a site with an elevated Shin-Midosuji Street running along the east side, and high-rise buildings on the south and west sides. The seventh floor (cafeteria, library, etc.) is an open volume with a curved roof, and the fifth floor (workrooms, offices, etc.) is a three-story piano nobile.
