OFFICE OF RYUE NISHIZAWA
Outline
On the first floor of a gallery in Ginza, there is an acrylic window that expands as it moves toward the center. The bulging part is made of 12mm-thick thin sheets that are piled up, rounded, and polished. The entire window creates a lens effect, and the interior of the gallery appears to be magnified.
