There is a clinic on the second floor, one flat unit on the third to fifth floors, and maisonette units on the sixth and seventh floors. Each unit is directly accessed by an elevator located at the end of the approach from the street on the south side. There is a vertical void (outside) between the east wall and the units and clinic. The building is designed to provide privacy, lighting, and ventilation, and is a prototype of a small building in the city center.
