This rental housing complex is located on a triangular-shaped corner lot beside an elevated road. The developer has gone bankrupt and the building has been completed under a new owner. The volume at the north foot of the building has been gradually reduced in order to clear the sun-shading regulations. All the rooms have a "veranda/step" which is 45cm higher than the floor level, giving a sense of spaciousness to the one-room space. The edges are cantilevered out from the inverted beams.
