The 12th floor is used as a restaurant and the 3rd to 5th floors are used as residences. The 12th floor is set back from the street and the sidewalk is widened to blend in with the street. The setback area is finished with brooms so that the texture can be seen from the other side of Eitai-dori. On the residential floor, an opening is provided facing Eitai-dori to introduce the scenery seen through the street into the small room.
