The library is located in Nisshin City, Aichi Prefecture. The library has not only library functions but also public zones such as a craft room, and there is a route to and from the general shelves through the courtyard. A variety of reading corners are provided in the open stacks, and most of the furniture is originally designed. Symbolic towers are placed at each of the four corners of the building. The yellow tower that serves as the entrance is the Tower of the Sun.
