This is a cooperative house with nine units. The wooden part of the exterior wall is called "KEEL", and it runs through each dwelling in the form of a tower as a structure that bears vertical lines of flow, equipment shafts, ventilation towers, and vertical forces. The main dwelling units consist of two to four stories, and their plan revolves around the keel, with openings on the east, west, north, and south sides.
