On top of the owner's shop, which has been operating a confectionery shop in the area for many years, are nine rental units divided into five volumes by an alley. The units are all accessed from the alley on the second floor, and have large openings facing the alley. The first floor is made of reinforced concrete and the second and third floors are made of steel.
