The building is a combination of rental housing, SOHO, and a cafe. There is a common dining room with a kitchen and a washing machine, which are shared by the residents. There are no laundry facilities in the housing units, and residents use the laundry in the common dining room. The residents discuss and decide the rules for using the common area by themselves.
