This community center is a continuation of the "Toyama City Fukuhara Community Center" (0310, designed by Archivision, Architectural Institute, published under the title "Oyama Town Fukuhara Community Center"). A corridor named "Gallery" is the center of the building, where various rooms such as intergenerational exchange rooms and multipurpose rooms are located. It is a base facility for Living Art in Ohyama, which has been held annually since 2003.
