A tower with three wings rising in a spiral pattern in front of Nagoya Station. It has three basement levels and 36 stories above ground (the highest level is approximately 170 meters). Nagoya Medical College is on the lower floors, HAL Nagoya is on the middle floors, and Nagoya Mode Gakuen is on the upper floors. The basement leads to Nagoya Station, where shops are located.
