A wooden deck surrounds the pool located in the center of the south side of the house, and five more wings surround it to block the view of the surrounding area. the volume of each wing is determined according to its function and neighboring houses, and each has a roof slope that responds to its surroundings. the steel-framed dining and living wings are structurally connected, and while the segmented roofs maintain a spatiality that matches the function of the building, they are open and continuous at the foot of the house. the other three wings are wooden and independent.
