Model house designed for a family of four, with omx (whole-house air conditioning system combining solar heat utilization, heat exchange, heat pump, and water heater) to realize zeh. the house is planned to be built on a housing site but with orientation taken into account. the garden on the southwest and northeast sides of the house is surrounded by a veranda and terrace, and while the house is highly airtight and insulated, it actively brings in the outside environment, allowing residents to choose how they want to live according to the season.
