The building is located on a slope along the coast overlooking the sea. the box-shaped volume is made of reinforced concrete with a slit-like atrium running from east to west. the atrium is used as a passageway for the light and wind that enter the building through the full-length openings on the ocean side. the skipped slabs create a three-dimensional depth to the space and give a variety of hierarchy to the line of sight to the sea.
