Located in a newly developed residential area, the house stands on a site bordering a field that is being converted to residential land. this is the first model house of a standardized housing project launched with a local builder. it is planned to be sold later. the courtyard is placed at the center of the house, and gardens are placed at the four corners of the site, so that all the rooms are adjacent to the outside. the roofs of each building have adjustable eaves depending on the relationship with the garden, and are partially double-roofed to enhance the thermal barrier performance.
