The rc volume, raised to its maximum on a narrow lot, has two triangular openings, one large and one small, that create a sculptural elevation. the interior of the building is a series of skipped floors with a motif of water ripples in the form of a series of curving slabs. the aim was to create a three-dimensional corridor around the atrium where many works of art will be placed along with furniture in the future.
