A 46-year-old three-story steel-frame ramen building consisting of a house, store, and warehouse on a national highway was reduced to a two-story structure to be used as a vacation home for the owner's family, who live apart from their elderly parents. the façade is glazed, and the longitudinal side of the building is partially exteriorized as a loggia.
