The site is approximately 900 m2, and agricultural land was converted to residential land. the southern half of the site is left as it is to be used for rice paddies in the future, while the northern half is used for the main house, guest rooms, storage, and service yard, each of which consists of four buildings. the main house is constructed using traditional construction methods, with box-like private rooms.
