The building is situated on a slope sloping down from east to west and from north to south, and a raised garden continuous with the front road surrounds a masonry volume made of field-piled mino stone. the volume is intended to be a landmark of the area by taking advantage of the corner site, with the first floor buried underground to make the most of the masonry and the volume of concrete above ground as much as possible.
