The client, a unique architect who operates share houses and shared offices in sugamo and otsuka and has developed community centers in the city that coexist with the existing town, commissioned this project. the building is connected to a park and a street, and has a diagonal exterior that runs through the entire volume, creating a connection with its surroundings.
