The site is located in a residential area in the city center, with a frontage of approximately 4 m and a depth of approximately 12 m. the exterior walls, floors, walls, and ceilings are painted in a low-saturation red. the diffused reflections of colors caused by direct and indirect light give the entire house its time-specific color. a spiral staircase connecting the first to the third floor is wrapped by corrugated panels that extend to the exterior street side.
