Outline
The building is located in a regional city that retains the atmosphere of the Showa era. The first floor, which is dug into the ground by approximately 750mm, is finished in RC up to the level of the mezzanine, where the exterior wall finishes change, and the upper part of the structure is made of wood. A stairwell leading to the first floor is set like a valley between the living room with a two-story atrium on the mezzanine floor and the dining room with a ceiling height of 2,600mm.
