The site is located in a corner of a quiet residential area, and has two roads, one on the east side and the other on the north side of the slope. Against the cross section of the site that lowers step by step toward the east side, the volume of the living room and the outer room is built up so that it sticks out to the road, and it makes an uneven facade.
