The 90-year-old mansion was renovated and operated as a rental accommodation until the owner uses it in the future. In the room, the existing ceiling of FL+2.5m was stripped off, the exposed hut framework was kept alive, and a quasi load-bearing wall of FL+2.5m was newly inserted to reinforce the structure.
